Individual Therapy
Fees for service are typically discussed on the phone or email when making the first appointment or during the first session. I bill $225 to insurance companies for 60 minute appointments. My discounted cash rate is $160 for 60 minute appointments. I have a limited number of sliding scale slots for people who cannot afford the full rate.
Insurance
I am currently accepting PacificSource Commercial, InterCommunity Health Network (IHN OHP), Aetna, Moda, and Providence. For other insurance plans I can provide a statement for you to submit for out-of-network benefits.
